1. Find the reasons why you want to stop smoking.
Yes! Find out for sure why you want to quit smoking. If you have no intentions of stopping, you will never be able to stop smoking, ever. Think for a few moments and come up with a list of reasons why you absolutely MUST quit.
To illustrate this, the main reasons I quit for good were:
- My health was getting really bad as a result.
- I started to easily lose attentions easily.
- My partners (business and life), and family members absolutely hated it.
- I was hurting their health too.
- I wanted to save more money, instead of spending it on such habit.
Write down on a blank paper now, the reasons you want to quit smoking. This will motivate you so that whenever you crave for another cigarette, you will know you can't, since you have no more excuses left.
2. Know Your Real Enemy
The real enemy is nicotine, and I will write more about this in the near future.
3. The Most Important Method to Quit Smoking.
I have developed a program to stop smoking, and you can have access to it too (in the near future).
