The Best Ways to Quit and Stop Smoking Forever

I have developed a stop smoking plan, which I have successfully used to quit and stop smoking. I would like to show you this step-by-step ways to quit. It's really a simple strategy and I hope you will find it helpful.

1. Find the reasons why you want to stop smoking.

Yes! Find out for sure why you want to quit smoking. If you have no intentions of stopping, you will never be able to stop smoking, ever. Think for a few moments and come up with a list of reasons why you absolutely MUST quit.

To illustrate this, the main reasons I quit for good were:
  1. My health was getting really bad as a result.
  2. I started to easily lose attentions easily.
  3. My partners (business and life), and family members absolutely hated it.
  4. I was hurting their health too.
  5. I wanted to save more money, instead of spending it on such habit.
...so on and so forth.

Write down on a blank paper now, the reasons you want to quit smoking. This will motivate you so that whenever you crave for another cigarette, you will know you can't, since you have no more excuses left.

2. Know Your Real Enemy

The real enemy is nicotine, and I will write more about this in the near future.

3. The Most Important Method to Quit Smoking.

I have developed a program to stop smoking, and you can have access to it too (in the near future).

To learn more information on how to quit smoking for good, please read through the other posts on the blog.

The Stop Smoking Blog

We all know it's harmful to smoke, yet we still smoke...

We are aware what negative effects smoking will do to us, but yet, we smoke...

I myself didn't think smoking would do any bad to me and my health, until a close family member of mine, died from lung cancers.

From that day onwards, I made a little commitment to myself to control my smoking habits that was putting me on "smoke".

I read, read and read all about how I can stop smoking from the books....
What happened was, I finally put all the things together,
all the proven methods, and used on myself...

The results?

Within 2 months, I was happily smoke-free. But it wasn't easy mind you. It's simple, but never easy to quit smoking for most of the smokers out there.

I never smoked a cigarette since then. That's the truth and I am freaking proud of it.

My health improved a lot, but sadly, I am not as best as I can be right now. But I do feel a lot better.

So, if you are to embark on a whole new journey without a cigarette on your hand, please do join me on this blog.

I promise you will learn a ton of stuffs about quitting the smoking habits.
